I have day and evening Zumba classes in: Medway, Snodland and Gravesend..... I hope you can find the class for you! :)

My Zumba classes are for everyone; all ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes, even people that say they; 'don't do exercise!' Or that say 'they are un co-ordination'. Do you know what... with Zumba it doesn't matter because the beauty of Zumba is you don't have to be able to dance or need a partner.....you just listen to the music and have a go!

You can work at your own pace. If you want more? Put in the jumps, twists & turns etc.. If you want less? just leave them out. There is no right or wrong with Zumba, just a lot of FUN!

You will be exercising but won't realise how hard you're working because you are having such a good time! In my 50 minute Zumba class you could burn aprox 500 calories!!!! Wow :)

We have Sarah, Shani, Maria, Donna or Rachel, these instructors have all been hand picked by myself and all have the same love and passion for Zumba that I do! They may use dift songs or moves or even the same songs with dift moves-to keep you on your toes! hehe-but it's all Zumba and always FUN... So come to a class and findout for yourself! :D

* I went to the Zumba Instructor Confrence in London this February and it was awesome, I got to meet the creator of Zumba Mr Beto Perez & take part in his master class. Also meet so many other great instructors & of course top up on my Zumba wear collection hehe :)

I went to the 2011 Orlando Zumba Convention in July! It's the 10 year anniversary of Zumba this year so it was amazing. I saw many great instructors taking Zumba classes including Tayna, Gina and the creator of Zumba himself the great Beto Perez & yes ladies he had his shirt off! (hehe) I went to the Zumba store so have some lovley limited edition Zumba treats to show you all! :0)

Zumba Party Night in Chatham on Sunday 20th of November was a massive success there were 10 Zumba Instructors and we made £9,250 for childrens charity chYps! We even got Zumba in the local papers! :)

Me & Sarah took part in the Zumbathon in Maidston for The Childrens Trust. it was Sat 29th October. We raised alot of money and also met some lovely Zumba instructors!                                    

PIP ZUMBATHON with Beto Perez creator of Zumba was on Sunday 16th October in London. We took part and raised money for breast cancer!

I took part in a Zumbathon in Margate in August. It was amazing fun & we raised £500 for Crohn's Charity!  

Me & 20 Zumba lovers from my class took part in the World Record Breaking Zumbathon at Twickenham in June. Which raises money for British Heart Foundation and shooting Star Childrens Hospice!
